We will gladly offer refunds for 15 days from date of receipt.
If you receive your item and there is an issue ,to be eligible for a replacement we must receive notification via email within 24 hours.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Please let us know within 24 hours if you would like to cancel your order. We will not be able to process cancellations outside of this time frame as your order will have begun processing.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
If your item is deemed lost in the mail we will offer a refund. Please contact us and we will start an Inquiry on your behalf.
If your item is returned to us because of an incorrect address you provided, we are not responsible for returning any funds. You the customer are responsible for making sure the address you ask us to ship to is correct at the time the order is placed. We may resend the item if it is returned to us, NOT if the item is delivered.
At this time we do not offer exchanges.
To complete your return, we require that the ship from name and address match the name on the order for quicker processing.
